What do you carry/sell?

At Device Pitstop we carry/resell computers, smartphones, tablets, and other common personal electronic devices. Many stores will also resell gaming systems, and gaming computers in addition to many related accessory options.


Where do your products/devices come from?

At Device Pitstop we pride ourselves in paying our customers cash or store credit for their pre-owned devices. We also leverage an outstanding network of product vendors to locate many types of devices for our customers. Each pre-owned device is then refurbished and must meet our multi-point inspection criteria prior to being resold. (inspection criteria is an opportunity to expand and add more content – ‘Click here for more info’ type of approach).

 

How and when will my item be shipped?

You item will generally be shipped within 24 hours. The store which you purchase your device from will provide you with order tracking. All stores offer free shipping for orders over $500.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Order over $500, shipping is free. For all other orders, we provide flat rate shipping on all other orders based on device classification which is as follows: Smartphones $8, Tablets $10, Laptops $20. Flat Rate Shipping is not offered for Desktop or All-In-One computers. If you desire to have a Desktop or All-In-One computer shipped, it will be at the discretion of the store selling that item, so please contact that location prior to completing your online purchase.
